YOGA
Yoga at Good Medicine is offered after hours in a quiet, relaxed setting once the spa has closed for the day. Classes take place from 6:30–7:30pm, creating a calm transition from the pace of the day into evening rest.
This is a slow, grounding practice focused on gentle movement, longer-held postures, and steady breath.
The emphasis is on easing tension, improving mobility, and supporting nervous system balance rather than intensity or performance. The atmosphere is intentionally simple—low lighting, minimal noise, and an unhurried pace that reflects the calm of the spa after closing.

After-hours yoga is well suited for all levels, especially those looking to unwind, recover, and settle into the evening feeling relaxed and restored.
